Summary:
The role of the Administration Assistant is to support the Administrative Manager by preforming assigned duties. Our administration department is a vital part of our operation, centralized to support the entire company.
Assist with on-boarding Operations New Hires
Log information into a variety of worksheets
Drop box file management
Assist in month end procedures
Provides clerical support by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work.
Back-up to the receptionist by answering the telephone; relaying messages; maintaining equipment and
supplies.
Work with the Administrative Manager on a variety of special projects which require research, fact-gathering and reporting.
General Experience in HR and/or recruiting is a plus!
Key Evaluation Criteria:
Administrative and Documentation accurate; complete; timely and provides suggestions where improvement is necessary.

Prerequisites:
Detail-oriented, proactive, highly organized, able to work independently and as part of a team.

Exceptional communication skills
Microsoft Excel experience
2 years experience performing administrative duties in a professional office setting
Valid drivers license
