The ideal candidate for this position must be pleasant, enthusiastic and approachable. Proper phone etiquette is a must as one of the most important roles you will play in the Company is your ability to screen calls as the come. Qualified candidates will have excellent oral and written communication skills, must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and work well with a team as well as an individual. The position requires someone with self-starting attributes who is thorough, accurate and takes initiative. You must also be reliable, competent, and open minded.

Provide detailed information to prospective clients
Greet and treat clients professionally
Deal with queries from the public and customers
Provide general administrative and clerical support
Schedule appointments
Maintain appointments and set repair dates
Follow up with clients post-repair
Maintain a clean and organized front office
