The Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium and the Alaska Native Medical Center are hiring Talent Bank employees!

The Talent Bank is a program for Alaska Native or American Indian applicants who wish to work in temporary and on-call positions at ANTHC to explore, build, and further career options in the healthcare. Talent Bank employees are hired by the HR department and then assigned to departments throughout the Consortium and hospital in a variety of jobs, including door screeners, medical clerks, and patient observers.

Hiring preference is given to Alaska Native/American Indian applicants according to the provisions of Public Law 93-638.

High school diploma or GED required. Must be able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug test.

Find your career by starting out in an entry-level temporary or on-call position. Many of our temporary and on-call employees receive an offer for a regular full time job within six to nine months. For people who are interested in starting their career or who are considering a career change, this might be the opportunity for you!

Salary: $13.00 per hour.
