HUMAN RESOURCE GENERALIST

Full Time Benefit Eligible

Anchorage - Monday through Friday 8:00 to 5:00.

Summary/Objective

The human resource generalist is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with the HR Director to support 5 office. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: benefits administration, record keeping, State of AK Background Checks, training, performance management, staff on-boarding, policy implementation, recruitment, and staff new hire orientation.

Education:

A bachelor's degree and three years of HR experience or seven years of experience in HR or any similar combination of education and experience.

Salary

$22.08-$24.84 DOE
