Move Coordinator
Location: Anchorage, AK.
Job Description:
Maintain point of contact status with customers
Keep customers informed of their move status from start to finish
Register local, intrastate and interstate household goods moves
Organize customer accounts and files
Enhance agency support network
Process paperwork in a timely manner
Manage shipment files
Answer Customer Service questions via telephone and email
Process Billing
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software programs (Word, Excel, etc.) a must
Exceptional Customer Service skills
Highly motivated with great self-management skills
Ability to multitask and handle several projects at once
Must be able to communicate effectively
Basic computer skills
Move management experience in logistics or the moving and storage industry preferred but not required.
All employees must pass criminal background checks
Hours/Shifts/Pay:
Monday through Friday
8 am to 5:00 pm
Pay D.O.E.
