Pay for our Office Coordinator starts at $20.00 per hour.

The Office Coordinator will work in the council store, provide prompt, courteous service to both internal and external customers, coordinate all facility needs, assist staff with IT needs and complete all assigned projects in a timely fashion. The hours for this position are from 9:00am-5pm. Limited evening or weekend hours may be required.

Understanding of and committed to organizational diversity. You Need:

Two years of customer service experience preferred.

Ability to think critically and make decisions.

Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.

Strong computer skills including the ability to learn how to use the GSAK database to its fullest potential and how to use the Microsoft Office Suite to facilitate office functions.You Will:

Tackle problems by using a logical, systematic, sequential approach.

Use a variety of computer software to include Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Power Point, Word, and Excel) and proprietary Girl Scout platforms.

Manually operate office equipment.

Lift and carry at least 35 lbs.
