The Office Manager will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety. This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the company President as well as other departments within the company.
The successful office manager is an energetic professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats. Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative duties and executive support-related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision. Well organized, flexible, and enjoys the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.
Required Education, Skills & Experience
Associate degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school, although Bachelor’s degree preferred or a minimum of three years of directly related experience
Proven office management, administrative, or assistant experience
Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
Proficient with office equipment
High proficiency in Microsoft Office; Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Publisher, Outlook
Aptitude to demonstrate pro-active initiatives based on conceptual guidance
Experience in multi-tasking and organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential information
The ability to work both independently and as a team member
