Processes customers’ remittance through manual and automated systems.
Monday - Friday: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
1. Performs data entry to generate balanced deposits from customers' remittance mail.
2. Opens, sorts and batches incoming mail.
3. Prepares copies and images of deposited items.
4. Provides daily activity reports to customers.
5. Cleans and replenishes processing equipment.
6. Performs other work-related duties as assigned by supervisor.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Minimum: Six months clerical experience; or equivalent combination of education/training and experience.
Preferred: Financial industry experience.
SKILLS and ABILITIES
Ability to keyboard 35 wpm and operate a 10-key calculator by sight required. Document processor and mail extraction equipment experience helpful.
