NeighborWorks Alaska, a non-profit agency, is seeking a Resident Manager, who is wanting to give back to the community and help others. You will immediately become a valued member of our resident management team. The right candidate will manage an SRO (Single Room Occupancy) property located in downtown Anchorage. Property management experience is desired along with problem solving and conflict resolution skills. Tax Credit or HUD experience is a plus. Two plus years of customer service oriented work is required. Must be computer literate, organized and detail oriented. Must be personable, trustworthy and communicate skillfully with diverse clientele. If you love providing excellent customer service and working closely with people this could be the position for you. This full-time, 40 hours per week position requires living on site with a one-bedroom apartment provided as part of your benefit package, or a real estate license if you do not want to live on-site. Walking the property on a routine basis is a requirement of the job. You must also possess a current driver's license, reliable auto, clean driving and criminal record and pass a drug test. Salary DOE plus an excellent benefit package which includes medical, dental, life, vision, 401(k) with company match.
