Elevator/lift company needs a Traffic Coordinator to schedule service appointments, make travel arrangements for technicians, track parts orders and answer phones. Will also make outbound calls to customers to schedule services. Must enjoy helping people and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience using a database program (Filemaker or similar) is a plus. Federal contracts require pre-employment drug testing, background check, and fingerprinting.
