NeighborWorks® Alaska HomeOwnership Center is looking for Mortgage Loan Originator who is professional, hard-working, driven individual with superior customer service, business development and relationship building skills. ⢠Must be a licensed loan originator in Alaska or able to obtain it within 3 months of hire.
⢠Solicit and obtain complete and accurate loan information on one to four family residences.
⢠Learn and adhere to all department, government, insurer, investor guidelines and regulatory compliance.
⢠Communicate effectively with customers, staff and all other parties regarding transactions throughout the process and have excellent written skills.
⢠Must be customer focused and believe in and support the mission of the organization and lending practices with a highly professional demeanor and presentation.
⢠Market NeighborWorks® Alaska HomeOwnership Center, its products and services to new homebuyers, realtors and other industry professionals.
