KRK Management, LLC / Real Estate Solutions of Alaska is currently recruiting for a Resident Apartment Manager for an apartment complex located in Anchorage. Prior apartment management experience is a plus. Applicants must be organized, reliable and able to work independently.
Responsibilities include:
- Living on site in company provided apartment
- Showing units and completing the tenant application process
- Coordinating all tenant move in/move out requirements
- Assisting tenants with various needs
- Posting notices when required
- Performing property inspections
- Coordinating repair projects
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of management experience, property management experience preferred
- Valid Alaska Driver's License with clean driving record
- Computer experience including Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
- Ability to perform interior and exterior building inspections
- Property Management software experience a plus!
Compensation:
- Hourly wage + apartment!
