Position: Warehouse Associate
Hours: Full Time 40+
Schedule: Pending
This is an entry level position, previous warehouse or forklift experience is not required.
Job Description:
Warehouse associates receive, handle, stock, transfer, assemble, and distribute a variety of materials, tools, furnishings, and products within the warehouse. Warehouse associates process orders for customer pickups, deliveries, outgoing shipments, and transfers.
Qualifications:
Applicant must be 18 years of age or older. Applicant must have a high school diploma or equivalent, possess ability to follow written or oral instructions, ability to read/write and interpret documents, do basic math, and the ability to perform a variety of functions including loading and unloading freight, opening and packaging merchandise, interacting with customers, processing shipments, housekeeping tasks, basic hand-truck operation, and other warehouse tasks and a clean driving record a plus.
Physical requirements:
Must be able to frequently lift and carry boxes weighing up to 75 pounds for intervals of 15-30 minutes, infrequently lift and move boxes weighing up to 150 pounds, work at heights of up to 20 feet from the floor, working in an environment with changing temperatures, and walk, squat, and bend over for intervals of 15-30 minutes.
Drug screening and background check required.
Training is provided for all job duties.

Ability to gain access to Fort Wainwright as well as having a current driver’s license is preferred.
