Mattress Firm of Anchorage is currently seeking highly
motivated and successful retail sales team members to assist us in our
continuing quest to provide exceptional buying experiences for customers. As a
member of our sales team youâll be trained to sell with confidence, or broad
line of premium mattresses and bedding products. As a team we are available for
customers daily and those hours include weekends and holidays.
Qualifications needed
You will need basic computer skills to maneuver through
our internal system to process sales and other transactions. He must be willing
to learn and follow are proven selling process. The ability to work along and
take initiative is a requirement for success. Your level of high energy,
enthusiasm, and motivated demeanor is essential. We need team focused and
positive attitude individuals to join us. A high school diploma or GED is
necessary.
Other preferred qualifications are:
Proven sales track record. We prefer experience in
retail, customer service, big ticket or commission sales. Strong presentation,
communication, and customer service skills are always a plus. Those that enjoy
meeting and inter-acting with people and understanding their bedding and
