All Seasons Clothing Company is currently looking for an energetic, permanent, full-time Retail Sales Associate to join our Wasilla store location.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of the products and brands we sell
Understand customers' needs and assist them in finding the products that meets their needs
Complete all aspects of opening and closing the store in accordance with written procedures
Provide exceptional customer service
Inventory management
Cash handling
General upkeep of store
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills
Computer literacy is a must - excel/word proficiency preferred
High level of customer service orientation - this is a MUST!
Self-motivated
Ability to multi task
Must be able to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays
Stand comfortably for 8 hours a day
Reliable transportation
Positive Attitude
Flexible Schedule
Retail experience is a bonus
