Local general contractor with projects throughout Alaska, seeking a superintendent to add to our team. As a superintendent you will work closely with project managers to execute the scope of work in a team atmosphere.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate subcontractors and in house workers on assigned projects
- Issue purchase orders
- Material ordering
- Execute project schedule
- Customer communication throughout the project
- Quality control
Skills required:
- Self motivated
- Great customer service
- Organized and able to multi-task
- Work as part of a team
- Hands on construction experience
- Ability to perform onsite take-offs
Job Type: Full-time
Salary & Benefits: DOE
Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience as a superintendent on commercial construction projects in Alaska.
