Must have knowledge of general building maintenance tasks.
Desired, previous experience with:
Heating systems, electrical repairs, carpentry, painting, door and window repair, locks/keys, computerized work order systems.
Must have a clean driving record and the ability to pass a background check for a security clearance.
Full time position with regular schedule and Medical, Dental, Vision and 401K benefits.
