This Building Maintenance/ HVAC Technician position requires the ability and aptitude to troubleshoot and repair a wide variety of equipment. Candidate needs a strong working knowledge on a variety of Commercial/Industrial HVAC equipment and plumbing with moderate proficiency in electrical.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Technician must have EPA Universal certification to work on Freon systems and hold NATE certifications for the following: Core, AC Service, Hydronics Gas, Hydronics Oil.
- Three (3) years’ experience working in a commercial and/or industrial setting.
