Established general contractor needs skilled construction remodelers to work on residential and commercial projects. Must have own tools, own reliable transportation with insurance, a strong work ethic and be on time to the job. Ideally, you will have a work truck, van, pickup, flat bed, or minivan that is capable of carrying your tools and at times, materials when needed.
Successful applicant for lead position should be skilled in several of the following areas: carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, tile, plumbing, electrical, heat/vent, etc. Must have at least 5 years of verifiable experience in several of the following areas: carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, tile, plumbing, electrical, heat/vent, etc. Must have at least 5 years of verifiable experience in some or all of the trades listed above. Our technicians are empowered to work alone, self-regulate, and are expected to perform at a high level at all times.
