Our gold is maintain the apartments and the building in good condition, When people move out of our apartments we have to fix them and get them ready to rent them again.
Duties
Driving
Some painting repair
Some sheet rock repair
Some window trim cutting and installing with a pin nail
Change Entry door knobs
remove and re install cabinet doors
Some cabinet installation
Remove and replace a toilet
Be able to fix small apartment imperfections
Some window curtain installation
Delivering materials, furniture or appliances
Showing Apartments to possible renters
Must have a good communication skills, be able to work in a team and have a clean image.
Be able to change a light fixture
Be willing to learn and be a fast learner
Must have own transportation and a full bucket of basic tools
Some experience is necessary, stop in person to 6522 Homer dr and talk to George 8 am to 5 pm
