Immediate opening for a Temporary Accounts Payable Clerk.
The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to multitask and needs to work well independently as well as within a team setting.
Essential Job Duties Include:
Preparing and maintaining proper records for all accounts payable
Investigating discrepancies
Preparing various internal payroll reports
Following standard accounting practices and procedures
Reconciling bank statements
Data entry and 10-key typing skills with accuracy
**2 years' accounts payable experience is preferred.
Pay $15-$16.00 per hour depending on experience, Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
Position is expected to last a minimum of 3 weeks -Full time hours.
