Arctic Home Living Jacuzzi of Alaska provides Hot Tub sales and service and Water Treatment around the state of Alaska and have retail stores in Anchorage, Fairbanks and Wasilla. We are looking for a Service Advisor in our Fairbanks location.
Duties include:
Service scheduling
Customer service
Data entry and billing of services provided
Ordering and receiving parts
Inventory control parts and accessories
Computer experience, customer service experience and scheduling experience all a plus. Need excellent people and phone skills. Enjoy independent work and be a great problem solver. Enjoy handling multiple task at one time.
