Chartwells, the Dining Services Contractor for UAF, is seeking a Manager for our retail operations. This person will need great leadership skills, knowledge of labor policies, great communication skills, experience in hiring, training and scheduling, passion for food and retail experience. The individual will oversee 4 coffee shoppes and our convenient store operation. College degree is preferred but not required. This is a salaried, year round position. The ideal person should have a solid proven employment record. We follow the University academic schedule so there is significant down time in the Summer months as well as around Christmas.
