Sales Supervisor

Established, Family Owned Garden Center/ Greenhouse growing operation off Chena Hot Springs Road seeking a team player who is willing to work seasonally 5-6 months, from March 1-Aug 1, + some off season duties.
Applicant must have strong work ethics, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to multi task with attention to detail and a positive attitude.
The applicant will be responsible for the following duties:
Hiring, training and scheduling of seasonal sales staff-up to 12 people; Ordering merchandise from vendors, via phone, email, vendor visits and trade shows; determining inventory needs based on history and market trends; the accurate receiving, processing, pricing, organizing, and merchandising of incoming items; daily policing of all retail areas for cleanliness, organization, freshness and proper merchandising; tactfully deal with all incoming phone calls, customer visits, and special events to achieve a pleasant experience for all customers and employees; be accountable and detail oriented on all sales income, sales orders, employee credits, and returns in an organized, proactive fashion.
Willing to train the person with a positive attitude.
