Presbyterian Hospitality House, Alaska's leading adolescent residential treatment program, is seeking a Chief Financial Officer. This position will supervise accounts payable and receivables, budgeting, cash flow, general ledger functions and staff. It will require analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication and decision making capabilities.
Minimum Qualifications:
⢠Bachelor's Degree in Accounting REQUIRED; Master of Business Administration degree and CPA preferred.
⢠A minimum of 5 years of accounting experience with increasing levels of responsibility. Strong knowledge of GAAP, and nonprofit finance rules.
⢠Ability to maintain confidential information.
⢠Ability to analyze financial data, prepare financial reports, statements and projections.
⢠Ability to coach others, work in a team environment and motivate others in pursuit of company
goals.
