Retail Sales Person.
Arctic Home Living is looking for a full time retail sales person. Arctic Home Living is the leader in Alaska sales of hot tubs and water treatment technology. We have stores around the state located in Anchorage, Fairbanks and Wasilla. We are currently hiring for a retail sales person to work at our Fairbanks location.
A motivated person will find that the Position offers plenty of room for growth.
Back ground experience and strengths in the following areas a plus:
Selling high end items above 5 thousand dollars
Customer service experience
Outside sales experience
Desire to help find and fill customer needs
Strong people and customer relation skills
Willingness to study and learn product knowledge rapidly
General computer and typing skills to communicate effectively with customers and fellow employees
Daily Activities:
Answering phones and routing calls to the correct department
Keeping the retail store clean and organized
Stocking shelves
Selling products and services to retail customers.
Outside sales and presentation of products.
Training will be provided in an independent learning environment, along with one on one training. Pay scale is commission plus salary. Starting pay is 36 to 55 thousand dollars a year DOE.
