TDL Staffing is looking for a detail oriented, customer service minded individual to join the team of a Fairbanks company in need of a Sales Associate.
Successful candidates will be able to establish a strong rapport with customers, have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and be detail-oriented. Proficient math skills are a MUST!
General job duties will include:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about products and recommend the right solutions.
Promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction
Wages starting at $14/HR. Monday-Friday 8am-5pm/may include weekends.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
1 year minimum retail sales experience
