The Maintenance Technician III provides scheduled, unscheduled, preventative and emergency maintenance services for all School District facilities.
This position is located in Nome, AK.
Qualifications and Experience for this position includes:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Four or more years of verifiable experience in the building maintenance, electrical, HVAC, plumbing trades.
- Drivers License and an acceptable driving record for the past three (3) years to be eligible under NMS vehicle insurance policy.
- Must have basic skills in Word and Excel and the ability to operate the Maintenance Work Order System.
