The Odom Corporation is currently hiring for a two full-time Hostler Delivery Drivers for our Beer/Wine/Spirit division
Drives a gasoline or diesel-powered tractor to move loaded and empty shipping containers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Uses tractor to move loaded or empty trailers to and from depending on the location of the port, rail yard, warehouse, and yard.
-Issues or obtains customer signature on receipt for pickup or delivery.
-Perform pre-trip/post-trip inspection of assigned vehicle and completes pre-trip/post-trip report; distribute as directed.
-Serves as a relief driver during peak periods or when drivers are not available.
-Other duties as they are assigned.
Job Requirements:
-CDL Class A required
-Must be 21 years of age.
-Clean driving record, no SR22 insurance.
-Copies of your CDL and DMV record required prior to start.
-Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
-Working knowledge of warehousing, forklift, and pallet jack operations, and inventory processes preferred.

-Must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and will occasionally lift and/or move up to 170 pounds (full beer kegs).
-Operates a forklift or pallet jack to transport products all in a safe manner.
