Small Air Service seeking ramp and facility maintenance support at our air station on the North Slope at the Deadhorse airport. The job duties vary. They may include cleaning and preparing a job site, loading/unloading aircraft and vehicles, and delivering materials. The use of a variety of tools and equipment.
This is shift rotation work.
The general ramper must have physical strength, hand-eye coordination, and endurance. Successful applicants must also be able to concentrate on their tasks without constant supervision. Computer skills, estimating skills, and the ability to communicate clearly in English and using written records are also important. Mechanical aptitude, materials handling, and airport operations is preferred.
A valid driver’s license is required.
Basic computer literacy is required.
Ability to repeatedly lift 50 lbs. is required.
