Alaska Travel Adventures is hiring for Seasonal Customer Service/ Front Office Staff.
The first face of the company that any customer will see is the Dock Representative. You will be stationed downtown or in the main office. Downtown you will be responsible for gathering passengers in a busy, dynamic environment, rain or shine. A strong personal presence and a loud voice will be helpful. You will also assist Drivers with the loading of guests. In the office, you will be involved in answering phones and helping keep all tours running efficiently. You will coordinate with the ship staff, customers, and our own transportation department. You will play a vital roll in daily operations.
