We are looking for a part time, full time front desk agents at Four Points Juneau to serve as our guests' first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation. Primary responsibilities include checking in and out guests on reservation system, taking phone calls, and coordinating payments. We are looking for someone with a basic knowledge of computers, problem solving skills, and strong verbal communication skills in order to understand the individual needs of each customer. Customer service skills are a requirement.
