Loan Officer - F/T (40 hours/week)
Location - Valley Branch
We are looking for an independent, motivated individual for our consumer lending department.
The loan officer position assists members by analyzing loan requests and making credit decisions
per guidelines. This fast paced position requires excellent customer service and organizational skills.
Responsibilities include:
Explaining loan programs to members
Evaluates members needs and recommends loan options
Prepares and/or reviews all loan documents for completeness and accuracy
Keeps informed of current trends in consumer credit
Cross-selling credit union services
The loan officer position requires great communication & people skills and a working knowledge of
Computers. Minimum 1 year lending or financial institution experience preferred. Schedule includes rotating Saturdays
