ADVENTURE PARK OBSTACLE COURSE OPERATOR JOB DESCRIPTION Reports to: Product Supervisor Adventure Tours Category: Seasonal Salary Range: Starting at $12 per hour Location: Icy Strait Point .and.nbsp; Position Summary: Icy Strait Point Guides provide a leadership role as well as interpretation and narration for guests departing on Excursions. Guides will be cross trained to lead all tours associated with Icy Strait Point and may be required to switch excursion assignment schedule if necessary. .and.nbsp; Essential Duties and Responsibilities: .and.nbsp; Conduct all activities and decisions according to Icy Strait Point s guiding principles:.and.nbsp; BAP: Best, Authentic, Profitable .and.nbsp; Duties .and.amp; Responsibilities specific to the Adventure Park .and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp; Daily opening and closing of the course .and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp; Daily equipment and course inspections .and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp; Equip clients with gear and monitor for necessary adjustments throughout their climb .and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp; Lead safety briefing and demonstration .and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp; Enforce all rules and regulations for the Adventure Park .and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp; Monitor participants on the course
