DescriptionVice President, Organization Effectiveness, Colleague InsightsAmerican Express is looking for a Vice President of Organization Effectiveness to join the Colleague Experience Group (Human Resources) organization .In this position you will define the strategy for and lead a team of experts that use advanced analytics, surveys and data science to positively impact the moments that matter across the colleague (employee) life cycle – i.e., being recruited, on-boarding, performing, collaboration, developing, advancing, belonging and others. To be successful you must be data-driven, interpret findings into actionable insights, demonstrate intellectual curiosity, be a strong coach and collaborative leader, and be an effective communicator/storyteller.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Lead a Data Science Team to conduct targeted analysis on workforce patterns and develop new ways of working

Manage and evolve the Colleague Scorecard & Analytics program in partnership with C-Suite leaders

Lead the Colleague Listening Program to develop listening methods, conduct surveys and focus groups, and interpret data to effectively understand colleague sentiment

Evaluate the effectiveness of CEG (HR) programs, calculate ROI and support the full range of workforce analytics from metrics/dashboards to forecasting and predictive models

Play a pivotal role in expanding the foundation of analytics capabilities and data-driven thinking within the global CEG (HR) organization

Develop and operate within policies that ensure all insights adhere to privacy, compliance, and bias-free standards

Communicate findings and recommendations on critical initiatives to inform program solutions and leaders to act on those findings

QualificationsQualifications:

10 years of progressive human resource and/or consulting/analytics experience

Strong people leadership experience of direct employees and partners

Exceptional problem-solving capabilities, superior analytical skills, and attention to detail

Deep interest and aptitude in metrics and data analysis

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and turn strategy into action and results

Excellent executive communication and presentation skills; ability to distill and present actionable and clear information from complex research

Track record of partnering, building relationships, and working in team within a global environment

Flexibility and resourcefulness to work in a fast-paced and changing environment

Education Requirement

Degree in Human Resources, Business, Economics or Mathematical field
