Orca Point Lodge is a tour venue that serves a salmon buffet to guests arriving aboard our whale-watch tour vessels. The Lodge Lead position requires the ability to work under the direct supervision of the Lodge Manager specifically to implement the Allen Family Operational Plan. Duties will be performed under the additional supervisory support of the Juneau management team, in accordance with company guidelines and pre-established protocols and procedures. If you enjoy meeting new people, working in a leadership role all with a serene view in beautiful Alaska then this may be the job for you.
