This position will be responsible for day to day management of our Canning and Variety Pack production lines. As the Packaging Supervisor you will be responsible to lead the assigned lines to run packaging equipment safely and efficiently to meet production needs. A Packaging Supervisor is responsible for directing daily operations, ensuring quality standards are met, and overseeing staff management.
The successful candidate will have prior experience working in a production line environment as well as prior supervisory experience. Prior knowledge of the craft beer industry, a love for craft beer, and experience in driving & improving quality standards is preferred. This position requires the ability to lead and train others, to work safely with production equipment, the willingness to perform different tasks depending on the need of the team, and excellent communication skills.
