The Parents As Teachers Home Visitors provide parenting support for the well being of families with
children ages prenatal to three years old.
This includes information about child development, community resources, and facilitation of activities to nurture the parent child interactions and communication.
Home visits will be scheduled monthly for up to 30 families per caseload and the Home Visitors will also organize
and facilitate monthly family networking events in collaboration with the Parents as Teachers team.
The Home Visitor works to empower parents to support the educational growth of their children, and build
Strengthening Families protective factors.
