Coogan Alaska, LLC is hiring for a seasonal Groundskeeper and Maintenance Technician position.
The season starts in April and ends in October. P/T, on-call work may be available through winter.
Description of work: Will perform groundskeeping and maintenance duties for Sprucewood Park, Creekside Park, and Island Hills apartments. Duties responsible for, but will not be limited to are: weed whacking, lawn mowing, power washing, painting, cleaning, litter pickup, delivering notices, light carpentry and maintenance. Employee will be responsible for upkeeping and supervising resident common areas.
Requirements: Reliable vehicle, valid drivers license, no recent and/or serious criminal history. Some grounds keeping and maintenance experience preferred, but willing to train.
Compensation: Wages start at $20/hr. Fuel, mileage, and cell phone usage reimbursements.
