Every boat captain thinks they're better than average. We're looking for the ones who are right - and not just when you're at the helm. If you're a confident USCG 6-pack licensed (OUPV) captain who wants to help our guests experience the best Alaska has to offer, we should talk.
Our lodge is an all-inclusive experience with guests who are anxious to connect with our crew. If you're great with a boat but not good with people, this isn't a good fit. Our captains are paid a guaranteed daily wage (if our marketing team doesn't do their job, you still get paid) and earn generous tips from guests a little bit of charm can go a long way.
Pybus Point Lodge is located on south tip of Admiralty Island. Position includes room and board, yup a place to sleep and all your meals. You are on the island all season - June thru August.
