Customer Service Associate I Dept./Program: Na'ini Social Services Division: Na'ini Family .and.amp; Social Services Reports To: Social Services Supervisor Employment Status: Full Time FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Schedule: 40 hrs/wk Preference: TERO Ordinance 2017-01, P.L. 93-638 Job Summary The Customer Service Associate I is responsible for greeting visitors to Kenaitze Indian Tribe's Family .and.amp; Social Services programs in a friendly, professional and helpful way. The Customer Service Associate is responsible for answering and routing calls, coordinating incoming and outgoing mail, handling inquiries from the public, and monitoring access to the building by visitors. Essential Functions .and.nbsp; Greet clients (un'ina) and visitors to the Tribe and notify applicable staff member of their arrival. Direct un'ina as appropriate. Responsible for unlocking and locking the Na'ini building at the start and close of the business day. Answer main phone line and direct calls to appropriate staff, and when necessary take appropriate messages. Maintain coffee stations for employees and un'ina. Schedule appointments, meetings and events for Na'ini Family .and.amp; Social Services programs as requested. Facilitate tribal program applications to un'ina as requested. Provide appropriate resources to all un'ina requesting services, based on identified needs Manage incoming and outgoing of mail, faxes, and coordination for maintenance of office copy machines, all office supplies and service calls for repairs. Responsible for accepting/processing all invoices, receipts and check requests and credit card statements to Reqlogic. Attend training and staff meetings as required. Document case notes for un'ina calls and document intakes and food box slips. Upon completion of program orientation assist in program referrals to internal/external agencies.
