Type 45 wpm and spell correctly
Familiar and capable navigating several different computer programs
Self-motivated hard worker, multi-tasking is a must
Willingness to serve as a positive and professional role model and teammate.
Supports a team approach and be a patient referral advocate.
Interacts directly with patients in a caring, understanding manner.
Strong customer service orientation.
Knowledge of medical terminology is desired
Job duties may include:
Patient intake including medical history, taking vitals, and transcription
Blood draws, specimen collection
Telephone triage and follow-up phone calls
Assist with minor in office procedures
Patient care management and tracking
Inventory management
Preferred Certifications - CNA or CMA or Nurse
