Seeking someone who is interested in being an on-site apartment manager. The job would require you to be available in cases of emergency and to do general office duties to include:
Rent spreadsheets
Invoices
Notices to tenants
Collecting rent
Make rent deposits
Meet with attorneys when needed for court hearings.
General labor around the complexes to include remodeling if needed.
Check applications for approval/denial
Job requirements:
Professional
Word proficient
Excel proficient
Customer service oriented
