We are a small, family-owned vacation rental, air taxi, and floatplane base located on Beluga Lake in Homer. We are seeking someone dynamic to coordinate and execute work, schedules and communications. The position requires someone available to: answer phones and emails throughout the day, either on-site or remotely; sell fuel and park floatplanes on-site on an as-needed basis; clean and flip 2 vacation rental cabins between the hours of 11am and 3pm, as needed; and, handle other tasks and communications as they arise.
Duties:
- administrative duties for two separate companies: answering phone and checking email, responding to inquiries, taking reservations, managing schedules
- manage company websites, vacation rental inquiries and calendars, and social media posts
- welcome and help guests and walk-in customers when on-site
- clean, prepare, and help maintain 2 vacation rental cabins as needed
- sell fuel to floatplanes on docks
- manage parking for floatplanes on docks
- communicate with pilots regarding schedules and loads
- monitor and schedule required maintenance on property
- maintain and document own schedule and hours
Qualifications:

- Strong communication skills

- Housekeeping experience and skills
- Proficiency in multiple computer programs: email, scheduling, website management, social media
