We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, organized and multi-tasking office assistant! Must be comfortable working in a close-knit office environment and with families and children. You must posses excellent customer service skills, have a servants heart, flexibility is required. Due to working closely with families, children and staff this position requires a friendly and compassionate approach. A strong work ethic, genuine kindness and professionalism are critical qualities to this position.

Entry-level $11.00-12.00 to start with potential for raise after 6 months.

Currently this is a PERMANENT part-time position, two-three days a week approximately 4-7 hrs per/day. Hours and days will vary according to the need of Admin (office hours are M-F 7:30-5:30). This position will increase toward a FT position with time, training and advancement. This company is willing to offer occasional flexibility with for the right candidate.

Responsibilities to include but not limited to:

- Answering phones

- Scheduling client tours or meetings

- Entering new customers maintaining current customer files

- Filing, updating facility paperwork

- Running errands

- Assisting teachers/children in classes from time to time

-Handling past due accounts/collections

-Grant programs

-Past due account management

-Assisting Admin with family events

- Other duties as needed

Qualifications /Experience

High school graduate/G.E.D.

Six months to 1-year office experience PREFERRED (willing to train the right person)

Computer proficiency - MS Word and Excel expertise

Google Docs and similar programs

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent customer service - over the phone and in person

Must be able to work independently and as a team

Positive outlook, go-to attitude, ability to multitask and switch gears quickly

Must have valid driver license with own reliable insured vehicle

Ability to prioritize and attend to several tasks simultaneously.

Possess strong organizational and communication skills.

Positive, fun and flexible as many things will be delegated to this person!

Love KIDS and a busy environment with many spontaneous needs.
