Sales and Finance Manager

The keys to success in this position are:

• Managing Sales and Finance departmental operations, sales, and profitability.

• Delivering products and experiences with a high level of customer service while keeping a focus on customer retention.

Reference and Background Screening:

During our screening process candidates will be asked to fill out our job history form. Once the form is submitted, qualified candidates will be screened using an online assessment that will be sent to you via email. You will also be asked to arrange phone interviews for us with your prior supervisors from the last ten years during our reference and background screening process.

We work as a team and expect every department to collaborate while emulating our exciting brand. One should expect to be flexible while staying focused on reaching goals through consistent, proven process, and measurement.

Primary Job Duties:

• Produce profits for the dealership through the delivery of new and pre-owned units combined with finance

products.

• Management of both new and pre-owned inventories with an emphasis on model mix, turns, and profitability.

• Assist management in realistic monthly/yearly goal setting and maintain progress through in place tracking

systems.

• Logging, following up, and cultivating potential and existing customers focusing on high level customer

satisfaction and retention.

• Working with our Marketing Manager on new and existing promotions and events for the Sales Department.

• Prepare all sales and finance documentation in compliance with all State, Federal, and company guidelines.

Secondary Job Duties:

• Strategizing with Marketing Manager in creating a budget driven yearly marketing and events schedule for

the dealership with a focus on building new riders while leveraging the excitement of our brand.

• Assist other departments in meeting customers expectations while working as a team towards a common

goal.

Compensation:

• Earning potential of 35k to 45K DOE.

Required:

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products backed with strong computer skills.

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
