Looking for a skilled worker who can maintain mobile home park and park-owned homes, year around.
Full-time, hourly, from $24+/hr., DOE.
Paid Holidays; Paid sick time & vacation time accrue with every paycheck.
Tools, supplies, & materials provided.
Have knowledge & experience with:
Plumbing: gas furnaces, thermocouples, shut-off valves, waterlines, faucet/fixture installation, appliance replacements.
Basic electrical work including changing out sockets, fixture replacement/installation, GFCI installation/replacements.
Construction / Renovation including replacing 3/4" plywood flooring underlayment, insulation, laminate & carpet squares, skirting (we use LG), cabinets, countertops, vanities, decks, railing, etc.
Willingness to crawl under mobile homes at times.
Willingness to promptly be available to clock-in at odd hours for emergencies (thaw out frozen waterlines, no heat, burst valves/waterlines, etc.)
HELPFUL to have:
General knowledge of mobile homes, but not required.
