POSITION SUMMARY This position will provide executive administrative support services and perform accounting data entry duties to the CFO, Controller, and Senior Accounting Staff. Job duties will include filing, phone calls, accounting data entry and office organizational services. This position allows the employee the opportunity to advance within the accounting career ladderand.nbsp; This position requires skills and knowledge to perform a specific area of accounting functions such as AP, Payroll, Cash Receipts, Billing and General Journal transactions without supervisionand.nbsp; This position requires basic knowledge of the Association s Financial Authorization Process applicable in data entry and fund disbursement and the Finance division s Policy and Proceduresand.nbsp; It also requires basic documentation and filing and organization skills. This position will report directly to the Controller.PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Perform accounting data entry duties in the Finance department and other duties assigned by supervisory staff: Work with AP Staff for daily AP Voucher Processing and fund disbursement. Work with Payroll Staff for the payroll processing and fund disbursement. Organize and maintain the financial data file, employee and MBOD file. Perform special (financial) duties assigned by supervisory staff. Performing General Ledger Maintenance.Processing cash receipts.Processing billing. Provide clerical support to CFO, Controller and Senior Accounting personnel; Maintain schedules of CFO and Controller for use in meeting, deadline reminders and setting up appointments with staff and customers; must deal with the public and staff in a respectful and courteous manner. Maintain administrative filing system and send correspondence. Assists with Finance filing system. Performs special projects as assigned.Able to organize, create, and maintain own file system to document the positions performance in accordance with annual single audit requirementsand.nbsp; .and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;Assist Accountants with audits.and.nbsp; .and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;Perform any duties assigned from Chief Financial Officer or Controllerand.nbsp; Exercises no supervisory duties unless specifically delegated by Chief Financial Officer.DISCLAIMER The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job.
