ConocoPhillips operates the Kuparuk and Alpine oil fields, has an ownership interest in the Trans Alaska Pipeline System (TAPS) and owns/operates the Polar Tankers fleet.DescriptionConocoPhillips Alaska is currently looking for a Well Integrity & Compliance Specialist reporting to the Wells Superintendent. This position will be the single point of contact for all AnnComm related issues and will ensure wells are operated within the Well Operating Guidelines and follows all internal and external waiver terms.Your responsibilities may include:

Lead all operations in a manner that ensures the health and safety of all personnel and the protection of the environment

Ensure operations align with all statutory, policy, and program requirements. Ensure all regulatory approvals are in place prior to any operation

Maintain timely communications with town and slope Engineers and also the Wells Superintendent to continuously improve well planning and execution

Submit monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as required to the AOGCC

Review and edit Well Operating Guidelines (WOG), Well Integrity Testing and Evaluation Guidelines (WITEG), and the Downhole Diagnostic Manual (DHD)

Maintain the AnnComm database

Timely reporting of all AnnComm issues to the AOGCC

Lead diagnostics for suspect wells and generate wellwork procedures to repair those wells

Work with Supply Chain Management (Material and Logistics) group as required to order necessary equipment

Provide office-based operational support as required

Qualifications:Basic/Required:

Legally authorized to work in the United States

5 years of experience in North Slope well integrity and/or downhole diagnostics

1 years of experience working in cold weather or arctic environments

Intermediate proficiency level with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint)

Basic proficiency level with Wellview

Willing and able to work a rotating shift (14 days on/14 days off)

Preferred:

Excellent teamwork skills

10 years of experience in Well Integrity

Proven HSE leadership and communication skills

Advanced knowledge of wellhead design

An awareness of all aspects of drilling, completion and intervention techniques

Takes ownership of actions and follows through on commitments by holding others accountable and standing up for what's right

Listens actively and invites new ideas for shared understanding, then influences and acts to drive positive performance and achieve results

Builds positive relationships based on trust and seeks collaboration across organizational boundaries to achieve goals
