RESPONSIBILITIES:
A Kforce client is seeking to hire a Semiconductor Process Equipment Technician in Chandler, Arizona (AZ). We are working directly with the hiring manager on this exclusive search assignment, and you will be a key member of the Fab operations team. You will also work on Equipment Engineering for innovative semiconductor products.
Responsibilities include:
Running qualifications on production equipment, evaluating qualification data using statistical analysis tools to verify quality, and running production lots on tools
will be troubleshooting when out of control conditions for lots and/or tools occurs and performing OCAP (out of control action plans)
Performing recipe adjustments and other corrective measures for lots and/or tools per engineering instructions
The Semiconductor Process Equipment Technician will be performing preventative maintenance (such as standard consumable changes) on various types of manufacturing equipment
Troubleshooting of minor hardware and software issues on tools
A Wafer Fab Technician is forming and executing plans for continuous improvements on tools or processes within the manufacturing environment
REQUIREMENTS:
Associate degree in Science, Engineering is a plus
5-7 years of experience in the semiconductor field
Ability to deal with multiple issues and shifting priorities
Exhibit good and open communication skills; be able to work within cross-functional teams
Familiarity with AMAT Centura 5200/5500, Producer, Mirra Mesa platforms, Gasonics Ashers, Semi-Tool electroplating, AVP Diffusion, SEZ Cleans, and KLA Metrology equipment is a plus
